7. Accounting and auditing

(1) The accounting of income and expenditure of the committee shall be kept according to the method adopted by the Government of Nepal.
(2) Other arrangements related to the financial administration of the committee shall be as specified in the rules made by the committee.
(3) The audit of the committee shall be in accordance with the prevailing laws.
(4) The Government of Nepal may at any time, if it wishes, inspect the accounts of the committee.
